Because that's all I can do, practice. I used to think I was just fine, then we got a new priest, and he always challenges us to do more. I used to be very comfortable, in my faith, in my family, no more. Now I know I'm not living up to my potential, I wasn't even trying to do more.
Main topic one:
evangelize
I think I do this. I don't let anyone walk away thinking I agree that abortion is okay, that the Church isn't the true church, that Jesus himself isn't in the Eucharist, I don't even take the middle ground (you have your views, I have mine) I just attack. Which I know isn't useful, but they don't fight fair. So is this enough, does it count as evangelizing if you haven't changed anyone's hearts? Do you get points for trying? What if you did change there hearts but there sure not going to tell you, because you're a butt-head?
other topics to come later.
In knitting news, I haven't knitted much. When my DH is on TDY I seem to get squat done. But somehow I have tons of computer time. Mystery of the world. I bought cute yarn to copy my friend and make an entrelac scarf. Which reminds me if you're ever in D.C. on vacation or anything don't go to Stitch DC, they aren't nice, but you know what Knit happens is super awesome and super helpful.
Right now I'm trying to make a few soakers, skirties, a palindrome and a shrug so I can wear sundresses without showing off my arms. I'm also going to be flying far away soon for my much delayed honeymoon, and I need project I can take with me on the plane, but not so important that if I lose them or the security steals them I won't be really upset. Suggestions would be helpful, if you want to leave them ;) .

Never under estimate the power of a good solid example. Sometimes we get people more by the kind example we set, as opposed to the verbal exchange. You are a powerful example in the way you live your life, and they way you are raising your children. I think if you do those things well, people will be curious how you came to be successful. This brings about asking questions, and following your example.
